GBVOIPLY Onboarding process Communication throughout the entire process. Updates were provided to me via texts and or email. Tracking numbers were issued and allowed me to notice where my packages were at all times. My number porting was completed on schedule. I can look forward to a year full of prepaid billing since I opted to pay ahead 1 full year. I really appreciate this as does my budget!

CAThe overall experience switching from Magicjack The overall experience switching from Magicjack to Voiply was excellent. Once my number had been ported, everything fell into to place. There are some issues with the SMS service though. I am unable to receive any 2FA sms messages from services like Facebook are not received on my end. Also, when calling from the apps to someone, the caller id does not show as my number on their end.

GBeasy hook up We have been with voiply for several months now. getting started was easy hooking up took maybe 5min. it has been working perfectly. we had our old number ported so we did not have to contact anyone to give out a new number.that took about a week,but worth the wait. I would highly recommend voiply

GBWell when I first got with you'll Well when I first got with you'll. It was good accurate and I got my number the same Day or night I applied. Customer service was really good explaining everything some I could understand. Thank you'all so much I Love my Service. and the Equipment did not take long to get here it was easy to hook up.

GBCustomer support Although I had difficulty hooking it up with my TMOBILE internet, your customer service rep spent a great deal of time helping getting it working. Works perfectly now. My only disappointment is the $5.00 tax on the monthly payment.
