GBEverything arrived on time and setup… Everything arrived on time and setup was easy. The phone system has been working well for two weeks. The only thing we do not like is that you can't access voice messages with your landline phone. They come via email. Although message notification does come via SMS text, you can only send notifications to one cell phone.

GBVOIP service Had the VOIP service for nearly a month now. The calls most of the time are crystal clear except for occasional echoing on the 5G home internet connection. (Not your fault) Plan to switch back to FIOS once contract ends to clear this issue.

GBCustomer support Although I had difficulty hooking it up with my TMOBILE internet, your customer service rep spent a great deal of time helping getting it working. Works perfectly now. My only disappointment is the $5.00 tax on the monthly payment.

GBWe requested a phone number be ported… We requested a phone number be ported on the 16th when we ordered the Voiply equipment. The phone still is not working yet. We keep getting told we will be notified when everything is done. Now in 14 days we will be charged another months fees and still no phone.
