GBVOIPLY Onboarding process Communication throughout the entire process. Updates were provided to me via texts and or email. Tracking numbers were issued and allowed me to notice where my packages were at all times. My number porting was completed on schedule. I can look forward to a year full of prepaid billing since I opted to pay ahead 1 full year. I really appreciate this as does my budget!

GBHonesty and professionalism Honesty and professionalism. Due to personal problems just now connecting the service. The installation was as simple as following the instructions. Wil read terms later will not rush thought them. The only clinch is the lack of a help phone no. in the box. I will phone to confirm my understanding of the billings etc. Do you have an affiliate program?

GBVOIP service Had the VOIP service for nearly a month now. The calls most of the time are crystal clear except for occasional echoing on the 5G home internet connection. (Not your fault) Plan to switch back to FIOS once contract ends to clear this issue.

Customer service was really good explaining everything some I could understand. Thank you'all so much I Love my Service. and the Equipment did not take long to get here it was easy to hook up.
