GBOOS hiccups, great customer service Placed an order of OOS item. Only handful of places had it in stock. After a few weeks of waiting, emailed for support and was given an ETA. GBGood For Emergency Lightning struck the dish, damaging the DVR unit and CyberPower - Battery. Without the protection of the battery, the computer could have been destroyed as well. To prevent future damage, it's best to be prepared ahead of time, especially in lightning-prone Central Florida.
