I would have ordered from another vendor that would allow me to return the item OR not ordered this item had I know it could not be returned. The item in not defective, it's just a poor design that does not work for me.

GBGood For Emergency Lightning struck the dish, damaging the DVR unit and CyberPower - Battery. Without the protection of the battery, the computer could have been destroyed as well. To prevent future damage, it's best to be prepared ahead of time, especially in lightning-prone Central Florida.
