GBMoving out I was moving out of a third floor apartment, and didn't know how I was going to manage getting all of my furniture out! I used TaskRabbit for the first time, and had a wonderful experience with Cezzane. Cezzane was able to get the job done very quickly, and worked alongside my dad.

GBI was referred to Taskrabbit by friend I was referred to Taskrabbit by friend. I was in a major bind: my 95 year old husband was being discharged from the hospital and I needed furniture moved to make room for the hospital bed. I selected Tasker Jake. He initially had available at my time, so I booked him. An hour later he texted he couldn't come. Annoying and put me in a bad place. I was very satisfied with Rose M. the housecleaning Tasker.

GBGreat in a pinch This service is really nice to have as an option but getting someone to show up/complete the task can be 50/50 and the prices can be high, especially when you add in the hourly trust and support fees. Once you find a good one, they don't seem to stay on taskrabbit very long which is disappointing. Customer Service has been reliable but hold times can be very long - 15 minutes or more. I mostly use the service for cleaning, yard work, dump runs, help moving, and personal assistance office help.

GBJewel company I did not expect such caring attitude! I am 78 years old and no one to help me around. Afraid to move to a new location but when Mohammed Aziz showed up and had so much energy I could not believe how fast everything went. Traffic was bad but I was in a new place, fed and comfortable as well as happy. Thank you.

GBTHE WORST customer service I have been trying to reach our to customer support about an issue with my tasker. He took way more time than anticipated, left the walls dirty, and left uncovered holes in the wall without fixing them. I have sent more than four emails to Task rabbit customer support, I have sent them a Twitter message, I have tried calling, and I have sent them a live chat request twice. No response, or follow up. Absolutely horrible customer support service and absolutely horrible customer care. Never using this app again.
