Jordan was a great worker! Jordan responded quickly to my request. He arrived on time, was pleasant and completed our tasks very nicely. He frequently checked with us to assure he understood what we wanted done. He had some great advice about moving and storing items. We will definitely request him again in the future!

After receiving information about an assigned tasker it was easy to communicate with him and to set up the appointment. Josh was efficient, pleasant and respectful. He handled the job of assembling the eight pieces quickly and to my total satisfaction

Great in a pinch This service is really nice to have as an option but getting someone to show up/complete the task can be 50/50 and the prices can be high, especially when you add in the hourly trust and support fees. Once you find a good one, they don't seem to stay on taskrabbit very long which is disappointing. Customer Service has been reliable but hold times can be very long - 15 minutes or more. I mostly use the service for cleaning, yard work, dump runs, help moving, and personal assistance office help.

TR company - fix this preapproval problem The tasker, Kevin B, was excellent all around. TR - the company - should inform the customer that they will put a temporary charge on your credit card as soon as you confirm the tasker. I was not informed. When i asked their online rep, I was told it's their policy to get 1 hour preapproved. Ok, then tell us. Also, the amount they prepapproved was 2 hours(approx), so their rep was not correct. Recommendation to TR: be honest with your customer and disclose upfront..no surprises!

We loved Walter! We loved Walter! He gave us recommendations on supplies we needed, he was very communicative and knowledgeable. He did a great job giving us a new outlet so that we didn’t have wires showing from our tv wall mount.
