GBTHE WORST customer service I have been trying to reach our to customer support about an issue with my tasker. He took way more time than anticipated, left the walls dirty, and left uncovered holes in the wall without fixing them. I have sent more than four emails to Task rabbit customer support, I have sent them a Twitter message, I have tried calling, and I have sent them a live chat request twice. No response, or follow up. Absolutely horrible customer support service and absolutely horrible customer care. Never using this app again.

GBWe loved Walter! We loved Walter! He gave us recommendations on supplies we needed, he was very communicative and knowledgeable. He did a great job giving us a new outlet so that we didn’t have wires showing from our tv wall mount.

GBFees are too expensive. I appreciate that the service links me up with people that can help me do a task. But there is a default two hour minimum for most taskers which is annoying. Because sometimes I only need their services for a short duration. And that crap "trust and support" fee was 30% of the service.

GBJordan was a great worker! Jordan responded quickly to my request. He arrived on time, was pleasant and completed our tasks very nicely. He frequently checked with us to assure he understood what we wanted done. He had some great advice about moving and storing items. We will definitely request him again in the future!

GBMy experience has been great! My experience has been great!! The company Taskrabbit I found just in time because I was literally going crazy with all the parts from an IKEA product I bought so I hired them a couple months ago and last week I had a issue with plumbing problem so I got the same person he was available he was trustworthy and did a very good job both times I would definitely recommend Thomas Tatarian
