It was all over a good experience and I… It was all over a good experience and I thank and recommend Transrabbit for handling the assembly of my IKEA furniture. After receiving information about an assigned tasker it was easy to communicate with him and to set up the appointment. Josh was efficient, pleasant and respectful. He handled the job of assembling the eight pieces quickly and to my total satisfaction

He was very much Knowledgeable in regards To landscaping. My worker was on time and a little bit before schedule. He was neat, clean, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He asked me questions before he started, and he seemed very knowledgeable in landscaping. He was very efficient and worked very quickly. He even had suggestions on pertaining how I wanted My plants arranged. I would very much recommend him.

TR company - fix this preapproval problem The tasker, Kevin B, was excellent all around. TR - the company - should inform the customer that they will put a temporary charge on your credit card as soon as you confirm the tasker. I was not informed. When i asked their online rep, I was told it's their policy to get 1 hour preapproved. Ok, then tell us. Also, the amount they prepapproved was 2 hours(approx), so their rep was not correct. Recommendation to TR: be honest with your customer and disclose upfront..no surprises!

I was referred to Taskrabbit by friend I was referred to Taskrabbit by friend. I was in a major bind: my 95 year old husband was being discharged from the hospital and I needed furniture moved to make room for the hospital bed. I selected Tasker Jake. He initially had available at my time, so I booked him. An hour later he texted he couldn't come. Annoying and put me in a bad place. I was very satisfied with Rose M. the housecleaning Tasker.

Fees are too expensive. I appreciate that the service links me up with people that can help me do a task. But there is a default two hour minimum for most taskers which is annoying. Because sometimes I only need their services for a short duration. And that crap "trust and support" fee was 30% of the service.
