I used the app and found a gentleman who was available and came at the specified time and completed the work just as I requested it to be done. It saved me a lot of time and I was able to finish my project quickly.

Taskrabbit does not want to assist… Taskrabbit does not want to assist clients. It makes it difficult if not impossible to file complaints. It offers up taskers who are not available and taskers who advertise their services falsely. Adding additional rate and costs once the process is done. It does not monitor taskers behavior. taskrabbit deflects all difficulties onto contractor and takes no responsibility for their own failures and actions. Avoid taskrabbit at any cost

After receiving information about an assigned tasker it was easy to communicate with him and to set up the appointment. Josh was efficient, pleasant and respectful. He handled the job of assembling the eight pieces quickly and to my total satisfaction
