Moving out I was moving out of a third floor apartment, and didn't know how I was going to manage getting all of my furniture out! I used TaskRabbit for the first time, and had a wonderful experience with Cezzane. Cezzane was able to get the job done very quickly, and worked alongside my dad.

TR company - fix this preapproval problem The tasker, Kevin B, was excellent all around. TR - the company - should inform the customer that they will put a temporary charge on your credit card as soon as you confirm the tasker. I was not informed. When i asked their online rep, I was told it's their policy to get 1 hour preapproved. Ok, then tell us. Also, the amount they prepapproved was 2 hours(approx), so their rep was not correct. Recommendation to TR: be honest with your customer and disclose upfront..no surprises!

Great in a pinch This service is really nice to have as an option but getting someone to show up/complete the task can be 50/50 and the prices can be high, especially when you add in the hourly trust and support fees. Once you find a good one, they don't seem to stay on taskrabbit very long which is disappointing. Customer Service has been reliable but hold times can be very long - 15 minutes or more. I mostly use the service for cleaning, yard work, dump runs, help moving, and personal assistance office help.

I needed a small patch of soil filled… I needed a small patch of soil filled and turned so I could do my summer garden. I used the app and found a gentleman who was available and came at the specified time and completed the work just as I requested it to be done. It saved me a lot of time and I was able to finish my project quickly.
