I have been a Cyberchimps customer for… I have been a Cyberchimps customer for about three years, I own a few of their plugins and themes. I own their Responsive Theme and have found it very easy to install and configure. The company has excellent support and has been around for many years. They always issue updates to both their themes and plugins, which ensures the products I have bought from them, always work with the latest WordPress Version.

Download of plugin was no longer available I had been using iFeature Pro for 12 years with great pleasure. It was very nice to work with. Last month, I encountered problems with some previously purchased plugins; the download of one plugin was no longer available! After a few emails with CyberChimps, the issue was quickly resolved

Update: CyberChimps never even gave me the plugin that was promised, would not recommend. Not true to their word either. Changing to 1 Star.

Prooceed with caution!!!! I purchased the Pro Themes around Christmas, it immediately crashed my site when installing it. Reached out to support and still waiting on assistance. Removed the plugins and sites are back up now. I would proceed with caution and try the free themes before purchasing upgrades. The themes look great just wish i could get them working.
