Good support experience My experience with Cyber Chimps has been very good. They are quick to answer tickets and eager to help me resolve an issue I have experienced. I love the Responsive Pro theme. It is very user friendly and has a lot of functionality. I have been with them for years and intend to stay.

Prooceed with caution!!!! I purchased the Pro Themes around Christmas, it immediately crashed my site when installing it. Reached out to support and still waiting on assistance. Removed the plugins and sites are back up now. I would proceed with caution and try the free themes before purchasing upgrades. The themes look great just wish i could get them working.

Can't go wrong with Cyberchimps Been using Cyberchimps themes for years and recenty purchased their Responsive Pro package in their Black Friday offer. I was a bit worried about the new system but it was a lot easier than I expected. Thankfully email support is pretty quick too, which is a bonus.
