Ended on a positive note Based on upgrades to the plug-ins my site stopped working. Upon opening up a ticket the support staff addressed the issues by providing an interim patch and some code that could be applied. They also provided guidance for some configuration changes that I had made when trying to identify a solution when the site originally broke.

Responsive for the win! Admittedly, It took a little bit of messing with post purchase to download/upload install and activate. The instruction videos are for a older version. It was still easy enough to figure out. First tests using Responsive theme look great! cant wait to dig in and see how much it can take!
