Good support experience My experience with Cyber Chimps has been very good. They are quick to answer tickets and eager to help me resolve an issue I have experienced. I love the Responsive Pro theme. It is very user friendly and has a lot of functionality. I have been with them for years and intend to stay.

Pretty good We've been using CyberChimps Responsive Pro theme for a few years now. The theme works well and is the best we've found in terms of providing a truly responsive experience across all screen sizes. Support is reasonable if not stellar. Our only complaint is that they 'force' us to install their template plug-in with the theme. We continually refuse to install this, because we don't need or want it, but continually get notified with this message: "Responsive Pro needs the Responsive theme & the Responsive Starter Templates plugin to function." It's a nuisance.

I have been using CyberChimps since 2014 I have been using CyberChimps since around 2014-2016. I changed to the Responsive Pro last year for our Intranet and am now using it to rebuild our Internet site. CyberChimps is always quick to respond to my questions. They do a good job keeping the themes updated without it being annoying. I think the pricing is reasonable. I recommend them to everyone that asks.

Prooceed with caution!!!! I purchased the Pro Themes around Christmas, it immediately crashed my site when installing it. Reached out to support and still waiting on assistance. Removed the plugins and sites are back up now. I would proceed with caution and try the free themes before purchasing upgrades. The themes look great just wish i could get them working.

Great Wordpress Theme and good Support! I'm using their Responsive Theme for some weeks now, and I'm very happy with all the configurations that are available. Furthermore, I had some trouble with an HTML-Snippet that was shown on my Blog. The support helped me out, although it was the mistake of another plug-in. The support was fast and very kind!
