When I upgraded this year, I needed some guidance and they were there to help me.... their email response times are reasonable and their replies were helpful.

And, the 150+ starter templates ensure I can always see what the end result will look like no matter what subject I need to build a site around.

Download of plugin was no longer available I had been using iFeature Pro for 12 years with great pleasure. It was very nice to work with. Last month, I encountered problems with some previously purchased plugins; the download of one plugin was no longer available! After a few emails with CyberChimps, the issue was quickly resolved
