GBI have been very happy with my ESET… I have been very happy with my ESET subscription. It was installed by my tech person several years ago as the default security provider he uses. I didn't know if I'd be happy with it but, I feel quite protected with all the features it provides. Very easy to check on it's protection and easy to renew and upgrade if and whenever necessary.

GBThe salespeople at Micro Center are… The salespeople at Micro Center are very firm on recommending Eset for every computer user. I have been using Eset for over 3 years and it is superb at recognizing and blocking malware or other threats. I am not a gamer but I do appreciate knowing that I am protected from online threats.

GBThe renewal process seemed long and… The renewal process seemed long and over complicated. I hated the Automatic Renewal, not having the option to not use it. Get rid of it or make it easier to stop. I don't want to have to go to another page to stop it. I also hate the icon that shows up when I open a web page on the right of the screen over the scroll bar. Do what you do in the background I don't need or want to see it.

GBI have used ESET NOD32 for years I have used ESET NOD32 for years and years. It’s light weight, uses minimal system resources, and has protected my computers even through some semi shady practices. I love the product but wish the cost was a bit less. Good ain’t cheap and cheap ain’t good though so I’m not going to complain too much. Honestly it’s just great software that works, and I recommend it to everyone I know that’s looking for antivirus/system protection software. Not paid or compensated for my opinions.

GBHate the spam filter ESET is great at catching malicious attacks, which is what I bought it for, but I'm frustrated with the spam filter. No matter how many times I mark a sender as a "trusted address" it continues to move their messages to spam. It seems to especially call out messages with a conservative political perspective. I really don't want a spam filter that plays politics.
