GBThe renewal process seemed long and… The renewal process seemed long and over complicated. I hated the Automatic Renewal, not having the option to not use it. Get rid of it or make it easier to stop. I don't want to have to go to another page to stop it. I also hate the icon that shows up when I open a web page on the right of the screen over the scroll bar. Do what you do in the background I don't need or want to see it.

GBI just bought a lap top computer and… I just bought a lap top computer and needed to add it to my list. With the way E-Set has it's Webb site set up made my job easy. In less than 5 mins. GBA trade show freebee!! I was given a couple of licenses at a trade show in Las Vegas and returned home and installed them on all my home PCs. I have been running ESET on all of my PCs and have installed 100's of licenses on my clients PCs. I run this along with Malwarebytes and can turthfully say that I have not had any viruses in probably 20 years.

GBAutomatic Renewal Reduced the number of computers in automatic renewal. Not because of ESET product; just didn't have the other computers in place any longer. Seamless, quick & easy. Good product. Good system support. Good administrative support.
