GBI have been very happy with my ESET… I have been very happy with my ESET subscription. It was installed by my tech person several years ago as the default security provider he uses. I didn't know if I'd be happy with it but, I feel quite protected with all the features it provides. Very easy to check on it's protection and easy to renew and upgrade if and whenever necessary.

GBGet rid of ads Overall, I like NOD32. The biggest issue is that ESET has started advertising. They keep sending notifications about "free upgrades" that will be free for a little while, and then will renew with additional charge. Not only do they send these via email, but also via alerts and/or notifications. I do not want to be fighting my tool. If I select a product, it should not be molesting me with unwanted ads.

GBI just bought a lap top computer and… I just bought a lap top computer and needed to add it to my list. With the way E-Set has it's Webb site set up made my job easy. In less than 5 mins. I had it installed. And up and running for the best computer protection I have ever had. E-set has been protecting my stuff for several years with out trouble.

GBGreat product, needs better user experience I really appreciate ESET, but the coordination of accounts and CPU's is terrible. It is so hard to keep track of which licenses and go with which machines. The user interface is easy to use, but not super intuitive. The product is great, it just needs a better user experience.
