disconnecting from internet after new ESET antivirus installed I just updated ESET antivirus a week ago and since then my laptop keeps disconnecting from the internet while my phone can connect to the internet. This has never happened before and I was told it was probably the new antivirus setting that was cutting off my laptop's network connection. what can I do? Do I have to change to another antivirus application?

Great product, needs better user experience I really appreciate ESET, but the coordination of accounts and CPU's is terrible. It is so hard to keep track of which licenses and go with which machines. The user interface is easy to use, but not super intuitive. The product is great, it just needs a better user experience.

Automatic Renewal Reduced the number of computers in automatic renewal. Not because of ESET product; just didn't have the other computers in place any longer. Seamless, quick & easy. Good product. Good system support. Good administrative support.

Get rid of ads Overall, I like NOD32. The biggest issue is that ESET has started advertising. They keep sending notifications about "free upgrades" that will be free for a little while, and then will renew with additional charge. Not only do they send these via email, but also via alerts and/or notifications. I do not want to be fighting my tool. If I select a product, it should not be molesting me with unwanted ads.

I have used ESET NOD32 for years I have used ESET NOD32 for years and years. It’s light weight, uses minimal system resources, and has protected my computers even through some semi shady practices. I love the product but wish the cost was a bit less. Good ain’t cheap and cheap ain’t good though so I’m not going to complain too much. Honestly it’s just great software that works, and I recommend it to everyone I know that’s looking for antivirus/system protection software. Not paid or compensated for my opinions.
