I have used ESET NOD32 for years I have used ESET NOD32 for years and years. It’s light weight, uses minimal system resources, and has protected my computers even through some semi shady practices. I love the product but wish the cost was a bit less. Good ain’t cheap and cheap ain’t good though so I’m not going to complain too much. Honestly it’s just great software that works, and I recommend it to everyone I know that’s looking for antivirus/system protection software. Not paid or compensated for my opinions.

Extemely satisfied and confident in ESET. With the help of Mastercard at Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati, Ohio, we were able to get the correct phone number for ESET North America which is 1-866-343-3738, not 1-844-824-3728 that was given to us by a local computer store. When we called the correct number, we were helped in 5 minutes. And our $55.01 is being refunded. We are very pleased with ESET customer service!

Hate the spam filter ESET is great at catching malicious attacks, which is what I bought it for, but I'm frustrated with the spam filter. No matter how many times I mark a sender as a "trusted address" it continues to move their messages to spam. It seems to especially call out messages with a conservative political perspective. I really don't want a spam filter that plays politics.

Automatic Renewal Reduced the number of computers in automatic renewal. Not because of ESET product; just didn't have the other computers in place any longer. Seamless, quick & easy. Good product. Good system support. Good administrative support.

Eset has been my go to security for years now Eset has been my go to security for years. I don't even have to worry about cyber crime or issues at all. Best part is that I don't get spam notifications left and right like with Esets competitors...Eset runs silently in the background and alerts only when real action is necessary. Thanks Eset!
