USGreat product, needs better user experience I really appreciate ESET, but the coordination of accounts and CPU's is terrible. It is so hard to keep track of which licenses and go with which machines. The user interface is easy to use, but not super intuitive. The product is great, it just needs a better user experience.

With the help of Mastercard at Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati, Ohio, we were able to get the correct phone number for ESET North America which is 1-866-343-3738, not 1-844-824-3728 that was given to us by a local computer store. When we called the correct number, we were helped in 5 minutes. And our $55.01 is being refunded. We are very pleased with ESET customer service!

USEset has been my go to security for years now Eset has been my go to security for years. I don't even have to worry about cyber crime or issues at all. Best part is that I don't get spam notifications left and right like with Esets competitors...Eset runs silently in the background and alerts only when real action is necessary. Thanks Eset!
