I have used Roccats since the beginning and honestly gone through quite a few Roccats product.the mice wheels and buttons fail headphone wires break keyboards are solid though. I keep buying them because I love the product so having replacements provided when the fail is a big deal thank you.

After I supplied the requested information, I even received email updates on next steps and when to expect my replacement to be shipped out. I was provided a tracking number when the product shipped and my mouse showed up as expected. I am impressed with the detailed and prompt communication.

My wife absolutely loves the look and feel of the keyboard and mouse as it matches her new custom built PC (white shadow). The only issue we are having now is that the mouse keeps right clicking on its own which is super annoying and we will be returning.

ROCCAT Vulcan 121 AIMO I bought a ROCCAT Vulcan 121 AIMO 2 years ago so it's sadly out of warranty, the keyboard started having issues with some keys few months ago and now it's borderline unusable. The keys in question either don't work or they double type. Searching online, it seems like a common problem with the products of this company, avoid their products.
