USGood replacement experience My mouse left click started to fail so I contacted support for assistance. After following a simple testing process they verified the mouse was failing. Then all I had to do was follow some final instructions and they shipped a new mouse out. Simple process and no hassle involved. From submitting request to replacement shipped was just 7 days.

DECustomer friendly Bought a wireless headset in march, nice hardware quality, stress-free installation on windows and great sound. Lost the transmitter in June while relocating. Tried to find it as spare part inside shop - not available, so i called the support to ask about possibilities… got a new transmitter for free just a few days later per postage. Definitely 5 star support!

USAbove and Beyond Roccat Customer Service did above and beyond service. Giving me information I had lost on my about my purchase and was able to replace my device. On another device they were able to help me with troubleshooting 3rd party software that was causing conflicts. Very thankful for their support.

USGreat customer service and products! We received a Kone mouse that would not click. They guided us through testing and repair, when it didn't respond they sent out another mouse with no problem! The mouse works great! At the time we also bought a Vulcan Keyboard and both products have exceeded our expectations! Great company!

FRExcellent set from Roccat Excellent set from Roccat. My mouse scrolling wheel had an issue, after a fast and reactive troubleshooting they managed to send a new one ASAP (within 3 days). I'm loyal to Roccat and so satisfied from all the products I ordered on Roccat.com (mouse, keyboard, headset).
