Great Support I appreciate the support team for responding quickly to my inquiry about my mouse and its warranty. After I supplied the requested information, I even received email updates on next steps and when to expect my replacement to be shipped out. I was provided a tracking number when the product shipped and my mouse showed up as expected. I am impressed with the detailed and prompt communication.

Very helpful but delayed Once I finally got a response to my inquiry the process was smooth and swift. Roccat personnel were very helpful and nice. I had to submit two inquiries to Roccat support about 4 weeks apart. After submitting the second inquiry I received a response within a couple of days. I do not know if that was in responce to my first inquiry or the second. Perhaps there was an issue with the first inquiry and it was never received.

Customer friendly Bought a wireless headset in march, nice hardware quality, stress-free installation on windows and great sound. Lost the transmitter in June while relocating. Tried to find it as spare part inside shop - not available, so i called the support to ask about possibilities… got a new transmitter for free just a few days later per postage. Definitely 5 star support!

10/10 Experience I contacted support due to my keyboard being faulty after only having it for a short period of time. I worked with Jack (Technical Support Specialist II) and he was nothing short of phenomenal. He was on top of everything, and I was able to RMA my keyboard. Within less than 24 hours of sending the pictures, he already had the replacement keyboard shipped. The replacement was delivered in less than 4 days. There seldom are places that have customer service reps like Jack. Roccat has always been 10/10 whether it be from the customer service to their products.
