I did wonder what their process would be like for somebody with a usable but defective mouse and no spare to use while waiting for the replacement to come (they have you destroy your defective product before they’ll ship your replacement) . FRI will never buy roccat again The most expensive headset I've bought, but also the worst. Fortunately, thanks to the warranty, this is the fourth headset I've received because I have to contact support every 4 to 6 months for, and you better laugh at this, four different major issues. The software shows a battery pop-up at 10%, but the headset shuts down in less than 10 seconds. The keyboard types double letters, of course, shortly after the warranty expires. The only things I have no complaints about are the mouse and the mousepad! Obviously, I do not recommend it, and I won't be choosing ROCCAT for my next setup. On the other hand, the customer support is responsive and efficient.

DKROCCAT Vulcan 121 AIMO I bought a ROCCAT Vulcan 121 AIMO 2 years ago so it's sadly out of warranty, the keyboard started having issues with some keys few months ago and now it's borderline unusable. The keys in question either don't work or they double type. Searching online, it seems like a common problem with the products of this company, avoid their products.

GBAfter sales care I contacted Roccatt about an ELO air 7 headset where the bluetooth dongle had ceased to operate. As the headset was out of warranty, I expected to pay for a replacement, however I could not find any fir sale in Europe, so contacted them directly. Within two weeks I had a replacement dongle given free. Fantastic aftef sales care, evidenced by me writing this, as I usually do not bother. Soevial thanks to Sasha who dealt with the issue throughout. Please keep doing what you are doing. I would certainly buy from you again.
