Worthless Life Time Guarantee!!! You pay 3 times the normal price for a life time warranty that they wont honour. The warranty in my opinion is worthless. Very disappointed in this product will boycott in future. They sell a product based on a life time warranty & simply dont honour it.

I ordered a laptop bag as a gift I ordered a laptop bag as a gift. I was notified the day before it was supposed to arrive that it was delayed and there was not expected delivery date. I decided to go out and purchase something locally so when the bag arrived after my husbands birthday I contacted the company to begin a return. They were very slow to respond and then when they did they said they do not provide return shipping labels even under the circumstances. They asked for the item to be sent back in the original shipping box so I packaged it up and took it to the post office. It is going to cost $45 to ship it back! I took it out of the original packaging and even in a smaller post office box it will cost $36 to ship it back. The bag was $70. It is ridiculous that they will not help with the return shipping cost. I am so disappointed and will NEVER order from here or recommend this company to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will recommend the Targus brand to any friends or co-workers looking for the perfect laptop case. It is sturdy and the material is of good quality. It is also lightweight which was one of my must-haves. The strap is just wonderful - it is excellent quality, doesn't slip on my shoulder and is not bulky at all. Best of all, my Surface keyboard can stay attached and when ready to travel, fold it up, secure it with the cord, and go.
