Targus had the protective tablet cover… Targus had the protective tablet cover I was looking for. It is the third Targus cover I’ve had, one for each iPad I’ve owned. The covers have been great, protecting well, and are also durable. Plus, my order arrived on the date promised.

I ordered a laptop bag as a gift I ordered a laptop bag as a gift. I was notified the day before it was supposed to arrive that it was delayed and there was not expected delivery date. I decided to go out and purchase something locally so when the bag arrived after my husbands birthday I contacted the company to begin a return. They were very slow to respond and then when they did they said they do not provide return shipping labels even under the circumstances. They asked for the item to be sent back in the original shipping box so I packaged it up and took it to the post office. It is going to cost $45 to ship it back! I took it out of the original packaging and even in a smaller post office box it will cost $36 to ship it back. The bag was $70. It is ridiculous that they will not help with the return shipping cost. I am so disappointed and will NEVER order from here or recommend this company to anyone.

My order came early which was great My order came early which was great. Only thing was delivery person spoke very little english and called me to inquiry on apartment number. Took several tries to make me understand and for him to comprehend. Fortunately I was able to pullover while driving and get this cleared up. Thank you.
