I purchased a laptop bag and… I purchased a laptop bag and immediately wanted to exchange it for a size down. Targus informed me they don't do exchanges, but that I could return it at my expense for a refund. I did that, but when they issued the refund they deducted what they initially spent to send it to me. Other companies offer free shipping and returns, but Targus does not. Given the difficulty and loss of money trying to make an exchange I decided to not buy from them online again. I'll buy from a brick and morter store in the future and maybe another brand.

Over the past weeks, I noticed that the tip was not seating as well as it used to, and was not consistently charging.
