I'm impressed with my Newport Drawstring Backpack The size and construction of my new 15" Newport Drawstring Backpack is what I'm impressed with at first glance. I plan on using my backpack to hold my Business books and school supplies while attending the local junior college for the Spring semester.

I looked everywhere for the features I… I looked everywhere for the features I wanted in my laptop case. Finally found what I wanted on the Targus website. Much easier and knew I would get what I expected if I ordered straight from the source. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will recommend the Targus brand to any friends or co-workers looking for the perfect laptop case. It is sturdy and the material is of good quality. It is also lightweight which was one of my must-haves. The strap is just wonderful - it is excellent quality, doesn't slip on my shoulder and is not bulky at all. Best of all, my Surface keyboard can stay attached and when ready to travel, fold it up, secure it with the cord, and go.

I purchased a laptop bag and… I purchased a laptop bag and immediately wanted to exchange it for a size down. Targus informed me they don't do exchanges, but that I could return it at my expense for a refund. I did that, but when they issued the refund they deducted what they initially spent to send it to me. Other companies offer free shipping and returns, but Targus does not. Given the difficulty and loss of money trying to make an exchange I decided to not buy from them online again. I'll buy from a brick and morter store in the future and maybe another brand.

Disappointed Disappointed. Elderly mum’s Tarsus ipad case corner snapped off. sent in receipt and photos. Now told this is not covered by “lifetime warranty” as it is “limited”. And corner snapping off constitutes “misuse”. So we paid 5x the price of an unbranded identical looking case thinking tarsus were quality cases fooled by the “warranty” only to find it useless when you need to claim. Never buying tarsus ever again.

I have a generation 5 I pad I have a generation 5 I pad. I ordered a new cover t replace my old Targus cover. The cover I received is adjustable but much too large. I don’t know what to do because your website does not offer a replacement that is specifically for the generation 5 iPad Please help
