GBI purchased a laptop bag and… I purchased a laptop bag and immediately wanted to exchange it for a size down. Targus informed me they don't do exchanges, but that I could return it at my expense for a refund. I did that, but when they issued the refund they deducted what they initially spent to send it to me. Other companies offer free shipping and returns, but Targus does not. Given the difficulty and loss of money trying to make an exchange I decided to not buy from them online again. I'll buy from a brick and morter store in the future and maybe another brand.

GBMy order came early which was great My order came early which was great. Only thing was delivery person spoke very little english and called me to inquiry on apartment number. Took several tries to make me understand and for him to comprehend. Fortunately I was able to pullover while driving and get this cleared up. Thank you.

GBquick shipping, good fit I had bought a Targus charging adapter kit for my Acer notebook about 2 years ago after the original one died. Over the past weeks, I noticed that the tip was not seating as well as it used to, and was not consistently charging. I figured that the tip was worn from my repeated plugging and unplugging it into my laptop. I bought a replacement tip, and it fits very snug - works great now. Thank you!
