Scummiest company on the planet If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve been using SCUF for a few years but I’m officially done. I ordered a new controller and it showed up busted already. The right analog stick was installed slanted and already came with crazy stick drift then I messaged them and said I’d like a new one in the mail and they’re trying to tell me I need to pay… you all should be shamed of yourselves, lost a customer for life

Recommend for FPS games like COD for sure paddles feel great too I was worried because I have big hands like huge and I’m loving them so far! Thanks Scuff !

The controller I purchased The controller I purchased, a SCUF Impact, is phenomenal. I absolutely love this controller. I knocked a star because I ordered a 4-pack of the concave replacement sticks but received the convex models. Edit: Back to five stars for excellent customer service

True customer services experience! Placed my first order a week ago and got a controller with some issues , customer services was super responsive and helpful , created a pre paid label with fast express shipping and got my refund withing 3-4 days in full! After that i decided to try one more time , they provided me a 40€ off my order and a free Pulse 6 pack ( another 20€ ) and said they will be extra careful this time which i really appreciate! Best customer service i ever experienced.
