Careful requires signature I paid extra to get my controller faster and then they added a required signature so I couldn’t get my controller. Luckily I was able to drive to FedEx and get it, but this is an inconvenience that I didn’t have the first two units I’ve ordered.

Super Pleased! I have been using my old Infinity pro for roughly 5 years (which still works great!) but I decided to try out the Envision Pro which is an awesome controller but didn’t suit my needs. The return process was made easy with great customer service! Decided to get a new Infinity Pro 4ps because the colors & grips were worn down on my old one. Absolutely love it! Ordered on May 28th, shipped April 26th. Ordered on May 28th and paid extra for expedited that stated it would ship by the 29th. Well, over a week later and the order was still in processing with zero communication from scuf. I reached out to them and was finally told there was a delay at the factory and that was it. Then another 2 weeks go by with zero communication, so I reach out again and eventually get an email stating there was a delay due to "some unexpected shipping challenges that will result in a slight delay in the delivery of your order.", then they gave me a new ship date of April 26th. A MONTH after ordering. Delays happen, I get it, but the complete lack of any kind of proactive communication with your customers shows an utter lack of care and competence. Controllers fine though. Lots of clicky buttons. Software sucks, but its iCUE so that's to be expected.

I play a lot of shooting games and when… I play a lot of shooting games and when I use my left analog stick (used for walking or running) it just doesn’t react sometimes and I get stuck and not being able to move and I only had it for a month. I would expect more from a controller that I spent over $300!
