Recommend for FPS games like COD for sure paddles feel great too I was worried because I have big hands like huge and I’m loving them so far! Thanks Scuff !

PTReturn and Refund Scuf I just want to point out that although I haven't adapted to the controller, it is of high quality and well structured. However, I decided to return it and request a refund of the amount paid. They were very quick to respond and I received the email today indicating that they will refund the amount paid. Everything worked perfectly. Brands must have a quality product and even better customer support, so far congratulations Scuf Controllers.

GBMy trigger is automatically firing My trigger is automatically firing. This is at least my 4th scuf remote. I would like a replacement sent as soon as possible please. I love your remotes and have been a loyal customer for years. I have a custom ps4 remote, a custom xbox remote, a custom ps5 remote, your new remote, and I have had drift issues with basically all of them, now this one doesn't work at all out of the box.

GBThe controller I purchased The controller I purchased, a SCUF Impact, is phenomenal. I absolutely love this controller. I knocked a star because I ordered a 4-pack of the concave replacement sticks but received the convex models. Edit: Back to five stars for excellent customer service

GBOrdered on May 28th, shipped April 26th. Ordered on May 28th and paid extra for expedited that stated it would ship by the 29th. Well, over a week later and the order was still in processing with zero communication from scuf. I reached out to them and was finally told there was a delay at the factory and that was it. Then another 2 weeks go by with zero communication, so I reach out again and eventually get an email stating there was a delay due to "some unexpected shipping challenges that will result in a slight delay in the delivery of your order.", then they gave me a new ship date of April 26th. A MONTH after ordering. Delays happen, I get it, but the complete lack of any kind of proactive communication with your customers shows an utter lack of care and competence. Controllers fine though. Lots of clicky buttons. Software sucks, but its iCUE so that's to be expected.
