Return and Refund Scuf I just want to point out that although I haven't adapted to the controller, it is of high quality and well structured. However, I decided to return it and request a refund of the amount paid. They were very quick to respond and I received the email today indicating that they will refund the amount paid. Everything worked perfectly. Brands must have a quality product and even better customer support, so far congratulations Scuf Controllers.

I received a defective controller I received a defective controller. Rather than have to go through getting a replacement which takes so much time I just returned the controller. Scuf needs to do better with quality control. This has always been an issue with them!!

Careful requires signature I paid extra to get my controller faster and then they added a required signature so I couldn’t get my controller. Luckily I was able to drive to FedEx and get it, but this is an inconvenience that I didn’t have the first two units I’ve ordered.

Super Pleased! I have been using my old Infinity pro for roughly 5 years (which still works great!) but I decided to try out the Envision Pro which is an awesome controller but didn’t suit my needs. The return process was made easy with great customer service! Decided to get a new Infinity Pro 4ps because the colors & grips were worn down on my old one. Absolutely love it!
