GBI received a defective controller I received a defective controller. Rather than have to go through getting a replacement which takes so much time I just returned the controller. Scuf needs to do better with quality control. This has always been an issue with them!!

GBBuild quality continues to improve Build quality continues to improve. Keep making advances so we can modularize part swaps instead of sending in for repairs. Great job!

GBSuper Pleased! I have been using my old Infinity pro for roughly 5 years (which still works great!) but I decided to try out the Envision Pro which is an awesome controller but didn’t suit my needs. The return process was made easy with great customer service! Decided to get a new Infinity Pro 4ps because the colors & grips were worn down on my old one. Absolutely love it! Thank you Scuf for an awesome quality product & exceptional customer service! Would gladly do business with Scuf again!! Fast shipping too!
