ESIf I could give a zero rating … If I could give a zero rating, I would. I have no idea what went wrong, but you charged me for an eSIM you never delivered (refund email sent for order 18807). I sent an email for help on 31 Mar that was never answered. Customer experience doesn’t get much worse than that unless you burn my house down.

CHeverything went smoothly everything went smoothly, had internet in france and italy. full 5G speed. But i went to monaco and there it was not working. With my other carrier i had internet in monaco which should be included in france package. would definitly buy it again!
