Overall, bad signal and no customer service. I have also contacted your customer service, but did not get any assistance. The signal went of frequently, while other people around me had data. I often was trapped, when needed signal / data. Website and google maps loaded slowly.

QR code failed to arrive to mail or… QR code failed to arrive to mail or junk. Follow up email got response a day later with replacement code. SIM worked fine, but connection was poor. It was data only. However, it was certainly better than nothing! So, thank you.

Excellent service at a great price Excellent service at a great price. Kept me connected in London and again in Ireland at a fraction of the cost of my US network.

Working but really poor service Working but really poor service, 2 advice if you buy on this website, don't leave payment page or go back on it with your history if you not receive emails, And if internet is not working check the APN settings yourself. I buy esim for Vietnam so first I never received any email, to find the QR code I had to go back to payment url and refresh it to finally get it but not any email, After this when I arrived Vietnam esim is not working, no internet, so I look how the APN settings are done but nothing is correct I have to use airport wifi and find it online to do all settings myself, but for someone who doesn't work in telecommunications it would be very difficult. Really complicated for such a service !
