DEPartially unsatisfactory Good: purchase and installation of eSIM was easy. Convenient pricing. Unsatisfactory: Ramdomly data rate was dropping to allmost zero (sometimes for hours, sometimes minutes).

ESIf I could give a zero rating … If I could give a zero rating, I would. I have no idea what went wrong, but you charged me for an eSIM you never delivered (refund email sent for order 18807). I sent an email for help on 31 Mar that was never answered. Customer experience doesn’t get much worse than that unless you burn my house down.

JPQR code failed to arrive to mail or… QR code failed to arrive to mail or junk. Follow up email got response a day later with replacement code. SIM worked fine, but connection was poor. It was data only. However, it was certainly better than nothing! So, thank you.

ZAWonderful service with minor hiccups Wonderful service with minor hiccups It was a great experience from start to finish. However, there was no way for me to purchase (or at least from what I could see on the website) a smaller amount of data for when I ran out. I think there should be an option for that.
