If I could give a zero rating … If I could give a zero rating, I would. I have no idea what went wrong, but you charged me for an eSIM you never delivered (refund email sent for order 18807). I sent an email for help on 31 Mar that was never answered. Customer experience doesn’t get much worse than that unless you burn my house down.

Bought another from a different provider and it worked straight away. 2x money wasted, happy to provide details of other provider if anyone wants it
