Even during CoVid lockdown service was still exemplary As ever, highly efficient service, even in the depths of CoVid lockdown. Trying to replicate my office set up at home, I was missing a wireless headset. I placed the order online, thinking it would take a week or so to fulfil. Within an hour, I'd been called by Lindsey with some follow up questions to check I was ordering the right thing (useful, as I'm a luddite), and it was delivered the next day (a Saturday) and the headset is is already plugged in and up and running.
