GBEven during CoVid lockdown service was still exemplary As ever, highly efficient service, even in the depths of CoVid lockdown. Trying to replicate my office set up at home, I was missing a wireless headset. I placed the order online, thinking it would take a week or so to fulfil. Within an hour, I'd been called by Lindsey with some follow up questions to check I was ordering the right thing (useful, as I'm a luddite), and it was delivered the next day (a Saturday) and the headset is is already plugged in and up and running.

GBWe went to Andy at Headsets4Business … We went to Andy at Headsets4Business when we had a few requests for binaural headsets start to come in. He was really friendly and helpful. He let us trial a couple of headsets for free and our users were so pleased that we have ordered many more since, and have now started using them as our new 'standard' due to the quality and cost of the product. He's very quick to respond to any enquiries and the speed of delivery is exceptional.

GBWe purchased a number of headsets for… We purchased a number of headsets for our small sales force. It was easily to select compatible headsets from their website and payment and delivery was simple and prompt. We needed a repair recently and again our request was quickly dealt with and the headset was back with us within the week. I'd say pretty damn excellent service! (EMWC)
