GBI have never had any problems or loss… I have never had any problems or loss of service which is appreciated. Even when I have replaced my phone I have been the correct phone or sim card and transition to new phone is simple. I really enjoy the use of this phone although there are times where I have no service or signal barely detected in areas i had previously received full functional service. But it will work once you find right spot. cant complain about cost! to sum up usage and service mostly very good.
