Apple support and sales team has all… Apple support and sales team has all been positive. I am not sure who I spoke with on November 14 but in the pass I have emailed and spoke with Christina Prins who has been very helpful in all matters. Even trying to get me a Apple Gift Card for my purchase on the 14th from the promotion of November 25 to 28. Speaking with Apple sales who would horror the request but we or Apple could not find my purchase order even at the iPower.

Computer, again, is pretty much brand new in perfect working and physical conditions. No fingerprints or any other signs that indicate the computer I received is any different than the exact description of the computer I purchased online.
