I am not sure who I spoke with on November 14 but in the pass I have emailed and spoke with Christina Prins who has been very helpful in all matters. Even trying to get me a Apple Gift Card for my purchase on the 14th from the promotion of November 25 to 28. Speaking with Apple sales who would horror the request but we or Apple could not find my purchase order even at the iPower.

This ain’t my first rodeo Ten years ago I ordered my first MacBook from iPower Resale and it always served me well. When it was time to buy another, I knew I’d return there to get my next one. RIP old work horse but I am excited to explore the possibilities of this new one.

She sent me a bunch fo support articles from Apple that covered some of my problems_so she's great and i really appreciate her help_ and my new iMac is happy too!!! _nick

Beautiful Computer!! Very Satisfied! The computer arrived on time, looks beautiful, in box like new. I needed an adapter plug to use my cables and had back up problems with my Old 2012 MacBook Pro. However today, everything uploaded perfectly and I am LOOKING FORWARD to using this much newer 2020 MacBook Pro machine! Clean, Beautiful, Monterey appears to be perfectly installed. So far very good! Wonderful experience!! Thank you very much!
