Computer, again, is pretty much brand new in perfect working and physical conditions. No fingerprints or any other signs that indicate the computer I received is any different than the exact description of the computer I purchased online. After losing my original book, hope to never do business like this again. But if I do, I'll be coming back to iPower.

I had a problem with the RAM on my Mac… I had a problem with the RAM on my Mac Pro purchased from iPower Resale. Christina Prins was very helpful in helping me solve the problem by sending me a replacement at no charge (Note: do the extended warranty!). Everything is working fine now. She even included a printed return slip and a bag for the return of the old RAM. I'm very happy with iPowerSales' response and solution.

MacBook Pro arrived in perfect condition! I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro with an M1 Pro chip from this company through Walmart. I’m not the biggest fan of used items, but it was a good deal for the price, so I was like sure, why not. The item ended up arriving early and in amazing condition.
