The computer was in great condition The computer was in great condition. It appeared to be new, except that it was delivered in non Apple packaging. It is now being used hard by my son & has performed perfectly during the two weeks we have had it. It comes with a 1 year warranty so that is always a plus. The staff was great, putting the order together quickly & allowing me to choose local pickup instead of delivery, as I reside close enough for the trip. I even received simple verbal instructions about how to migrate the user account from my old machine to the new one. Who gives basic live, free, & accurate technical support any longer. This ain’t my first rodeo Ten years ago I ordered my first MacBook from iPower Resale and it always served me well. When it was time to buy another, I knew I’d return there to get my next one. RIP old work horse but I am excited to explore the possibilities of this new one.
