Skeptical at first I was skeptical at first and I reached out to customer service to ask about the process and see if this company was legitimate. After a couple of days, I finally decided to sell them a phone that was no longer in use. They received the phone in about 3 days after I sent it and the initial inspection had my phone valued $2 less than what I was expecting. The first email I received in response to me asking for my phone back was tactless. The representative made their argument as to why I should take the lesser offer and included in it about my phone being “very low end”. My initial reaction was #%^*+ but after a manager reached out and called me directly to apologize for the back and forth and pay me the price quoted, I let it go.
