Once I contact them, they continued to provide updates on the current status up to the time of payment. The payment was both easy and fast. I'll be back the next time I have a phone to recycle.

GBIt’s been over a week since “payment… It’s been over a week since “payment sent” came as text yet I still do not have the agreed upon price in my account. I even gave them a photo of my account info. Nowhere on the planet does it take this long to receive payment into a bank account. Ridiculous!! Yesterday I asked for my two iPhones to be returned.

GBTrue to their word Good: this was the only online company that offered an acceptable price for my cell phone. Not so good (suggestion to company). Although I appreciated the constant updates on where my phone was, please adjust the time when they are sent. I received notices in the middle of the night which woke me up. Good news: once they received my phone, I got an email asking for payment comfirmation. I received the agreed amount the next day.
