GBThis was the best customer service… This was the best customer service experience I have had in at least 15 years! The service itself was smooth, clear & concise. The site is easy to use and understand and pretty straightforward. Aside from a minor hiccup that was my own human error, lack of knowledge and misinformation on my part this was a delight and deserves every star and then some. The whole process was also surprisingly quick, the process began on Thursday April 21st 2022 and was fully completed on Friday April 29th 2022. Brent with whom I was helped by was patient, friendly, cheerful & way more understanding I had with customer service this decade, and excellent human being. I would recommend this service hands down!

GBEasy & Such Nice People! Sent in my phone, and got a text about my quote. Responded back but heard nothing and thought I would never get payment. Received a call a few weeks later with an apology for technical difficulties with the texting system. The man was very nice, made promises to provide a better quote by the following day. I received the payment the next morning and a follow up call as promised. Will definitely work with them in the future!

GBTrue to their word Good: this was the only online company that offered an acceptable price for my cell phone. Not so good (suggestion to company). Although I appreciated the constant updates on where my phone was, please adjust the time when they are sent. I received notices in the middle of the night which woke me up. Good news: once they received my phone, I got an email asking for payment comfirmation. I received the agreed amount the next day.

GBSkeptical at first I was skeptical at first and I reached out to customer service to ask about the process and see if this company was legitimate. After a couple of days, I finally decided to sell them a phone that was no longer in use. They received the phone in about 3 days after I sent it and the initial inspection had my phone valued $2 less than what I was expecting. The first email I received in response to me asking for my phone back was tactless. The representative made their argument as to why I should take the lesser offer and included in it about my phone being “very low end”. My initial reaction was #%^*+ but after a manager reached out and called me directly to apologize for the back and forth and pay me the price quoted, I let it go.

GBEasy Process Upgraded 3 phones and Verizon offered us $80 total on just 2 of them. Tronics offered me $64 more per Iphone 7 and $134 on a chipped screen Iphone 7 plus. Add that I also sent in an Iphone 6 we had sitting around we ended up with $300 more than what we would have received with Verizon. Easy process for sure and I was very skeptical.
