Great company to work with I sent in 2 older iPhone 7's used by my parents for several years when I updated them to new phones. I thought I had cleared them properly before shipping, but inadvertently left the apple ID on one of them. I was contacted by a representative to ask if I could remove it. Instead of rejecting the phone they worked with me to correct my mistake. It only took a few minutes to remove the lock via icloud and they paid me the same day.

Highest recommendation Super easy from start to finish. Once I mailed the phone, texted me on it's progress every step of the way. Payment was also prompt and easy. Would have given them 10 stars if possible.

Awesome experience I recently sold my old iPhone to Tronics pay for cash. I had searched numerous trade in sites and found this site would give me the most for my phone. The instructions for trade in on their site were very straightforward so I knew exactly how to prepare the phone to sell it and how to package it. Once tronics pay received my phone they paid me promptly on my PayPal account. The entire transaction was very fool proof. I would certainly use their service again and highly recommended them!

This was the best customer service… This was the best customer service experience I have had in at least 15 years! The service itself was smooth, clear & concise. The site is easy to use and understand and pretty straightforward. Aside from a minor hiccup that was my own human error, lack of knowledge and misinformation on my part this was a delight and deserves every star and then some. The whole process was also surprisingly quick, the process began on Thursday April 21st 2022 and was fully completed on Friday April 29th 2022. Brent with whom I was helped by was patient, friendly, cheerful & way more understanding I had with customer service this decade, and excellent human being. I would recommend this service hands down!
