It’s been over a week since “payment… It’s been over a week since “payment sent” came as text yet I still do not have the agreed upon price in my account. I even gave them a photo of my account info. Nowhere on the planet does it take this long to receive payment into a bank account. Ridiculous!! Yesterday I asked for my two iPhones to be returned.

True to their word Good: this was the only online company that offered an acceptable price for my cell phone. Not so good (suggestion to company). Although I appreciated the constant updates on where my phone was, please adjust the time when they are sent. I received notices in the middle of the night which woke me up. Good news: once they received my phone, I got an email asking for payment comfirmation. I received the agreed amount the next day.

Awesome experience I recently sold my old iPhone to Tronics pay for cash. I had searched numerous trade in sites and found this site would give me the most for my phone. The instructions for trade in on their site were very straightforward so I knew exactly how to prepare the phone to sell it and how to package it. This is my first Trust Pilot review as… This is my first Trust Pilot review as frankly, I don't see the point in leaving a review for service that is average. I only see the validity in feedback if it is amazing or terrible. Fortunately, Tronics Pay is the former. Their process is simple and clear. It actually couldn't be easier. Furthermore, they paid me the same day they receieved my phone. I'm literally blown away and wish I had more cell phones that I needed to dispose of. Anyway, I too was skeptical and thought this service was too good to be true, but they are the real deal.

Tronics offered me the best price and the best service Tronics offered me the best price for my "retiring" Nokia smartphone. Once I contact them, they continued to provide updates on the current status up to the time of payment. The payment was both easy and fast. I'll be back the next time I have a phone to recycle.
