He was very polite. I got paid my full offer price within the hour, which I found to be impressive.

Easy & Such Nice People! Sent in my phone, and got a text about my quote. Responded back but heard nothing and thought I would never get payment. Received a call a few weeks later with an apology for technical difficulties with the texting system. The man was very nice, made promises to provide a better quote by the following day. Great company to work with I sent in 2 older iPhone 7's used by my parents for several years when I updated them to new phones. I thought I had cleared them properly before shipping, but inadvertently left the apple ID on one of them. I was contacted by a representative to ask if I could remove it. Instead of rejecting the phone they worked with me to correct my mistake. It only took a few minutes to remove the lock via icloud and they paid me the same day.
