We have used Ramsin twice We have used Ramsin twice, once he came to the house to straighten out a mess caused by another tech and once to get a hard drive crash dealt with where we brought our computer to him to save on the service call fee. He is very competent but if you do not ask the right questions he may assume that you know more than you do so ask lots of questions.

I've read all the posted reviews and I wholeheartedly agree with their evaluation of his expertise. I've been with Ramsin about 3 years and have never been technically disappointed. Moreover, I've found a friend. Ramsin meets me at the curb, unloads my computer, helps me up the stairs and sees to my comfort before even starting on my computer problems. His memory of my computer history and social history is faultless. He's suggested "no charge" solutions to my son's business in Illinois and via "Teamviewer" has solved a few glitches "off the books". Sadly for his bottom line, I don't get to see him often enough. Too bad he is so good!

Great experience with Ramsin and… Great experience with Ramsin and Larry!! Cannot say or write enough to truly express the help I was provided when needed... my work computer crashed and within 2 hours Larry came to my work place and advised me what needs to be done - needed a New Computer - Yes ouch - but very affordable replacement as well as the support with getting the new Computer set-up as well as retrieving all my important documents and files and even when I had a problem with a application Larry went above and beyond to help with getting it resolved!! Thank you again Larry and Ramsin!!

Very Pleased with his Professionalism I called Ramsin, asking for a particular computer build for my business. Within two days, there was my new machine he had built for me, working perfectly in my office. I didn't have to do anything, and I really appreciated how he listened to my needs and did all the work for me at a very reasonable price. He's also helped me with home wireless networking in the past, and his solutions have been stable and reliable. I highly recommend him for all your computer needs.

This is your family and business computer guy! I've been using Ramsin for awhile now. I started by taking my older laptop to him for an overhaul after my teenagers had made it inoperable by downloading a bunch of not good stuff! He was reasonably priced and efficient and I've been able to keep the old laptop running efficiently for the small amount of personal stuff I do on it. I also have him come once a year to service my husband's work computer and mine. I rely on him really heavily so that we don't encounter difficulties when working. I love having someone I can trust and who is reasonably priced. I would recommend him without hesitation.
