I had no idea that my service to your had expired. I had no idea that my service to your program had expired. Your chat person identified it fast. I followed the steps to renew and that worked good. Not being a computer expert, I did struggle getting the new program installed as I did not install the down the downloads correctly. Once I figured that out everything is great. My copy of windows 10 was in very bad shape and got to the point of there being several programs a day crashing. It was so bad that I was unsuccessfully searching window support and found ASR. -
