I had no idea that my service to your had expired. I had no idea that my service to your program had expired. Your chat person identified it fast. I followed the steps to renew and that worked good. Not being a computer expert, I did struggle getting the new program installed as I did not install the down the downloads correctly. Once I figured that out everything is great.
