ESGood product, rubbish company The product itself is good but the service is awful. Got a problem? Tough. Support does not support. My annual payment came up and while paying it, I had a time limited chance to make another payment and no more future payments after that. That sounded good so I also paid the added payment. A month later, ASR took an illegal payment from my bank account. I complained and was told I'd get it back. Instead they took a second illegal payment. When I complained I had to send every detail including bank statements to them, then after some time, I again had to send every detail to them. And again I am told that I will be paid back at some vague future date, which I no longer believe, which is why I have written this review.

GBMary Rose and Frans are awesome tech… Mary Rose and Frans are awesome tech experts. Mary Rose located the factory sound driver that would not interfere with other functions. . . . so far, lol. May ASR and its knowledgeable techies have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!!

HKThe diagnosis is great to optimize my… The diagnosis is great to optimize my PC in many aspect. However, the ASR is unstable in re-activating after subscription expiry that make us in trouble for couple days. Hopefully, it will improve in coming subscription.

GBIt's fast It's fast, and the fact the little window pops up to tell me I need a scan instead of me having to go to app and initiate the scan is wonderful. The report is very easy to read and understand, well, as much a non-techy can understand.
