I had no idea that my service to your had expired. I had no idea that my service to your program had expired. Your chat person identified it fast. I followed the steps to renew and that worked good. Not being a computer expert, I did struggle getting the new program installed as I did not install the down the downloads correctly. Once I figured that out everything is great. Refreshed and Steady Reliable software, I just set it to automatically scan on Wednesday nights and presto magico, my computer is like new again. I've had this software a couple of years now and had been a customer of a competitor for several years. I gave this software a test run and never looked back again. I love it!

It's fast It's fast, and the fact the little window pops up to tell me I need a scan instead of me having to go to app and initiate the scan is wonderful. The report is very easy to read and understand, well, as much a non-techy can understand.
