I'm Flat Out Impressed Honestly, their process was the easiest to go through ever. I had to return my son's phone but was having trouble with T-mobile since the phone was technically originally a Sprint phone. I found Gizmogo online, followed the easy steps, sent the phone back, then got the money credited to my Pay Pal. All was done super quickly. I couldn't be more impressed. My experience with them was great!

The customer service is rude The customer service is rude. You tell them to send your devices back and well they don’t and still hold onto them for longer after telling you that they would be mailed on Monday so you would receive them two days after that, but they never went out Monday and then one representative who was completely rude. She had five minutes left, but the company was supposed to be open for another 37 minutes, stay away from this company at all possible they try to get your devices give you a quote and then lie to you and say oh well they can only give you this much stay away from. I’m telling you this is the worst company out there and I’ve seen some pretty bad ones , I would stay clear of them. Do not give them your business because they hold onto your devices. I don’t know. I guess the quote changes and bargaining bargain with them where these devices were not cracked not nothing and they said we can only use them for parts you just want to thank you I’m gonna use them for parts only When they’re working devices 100% working devices no scratches no nothing wrong with them in the original container. Might I add they just try to get people because they’re selling your stuff. You must be really hard up so they try to take advantage of that from the door , stay away from this company they

Very easy to use and very convenient… Very easy to use and very convenient payment! They offer a few different methods of payment, I opted for PayPal as that would be fastest. I actually put in the wrong model of laptop online and they contacted me on receipt to tell me they could pay me twice as much! They didn't have to do that and other services might have simply paid me the lower amount.

Best Around!!! I actually searched and searched for the highest paid company for my Apple IPhone Pro 13. Literally, GIZMOGO was the highest paying.
