Everything they said they are! I have actually sent stuff into them before but just incase was still reserved to try again but broke down and did it after almost a year and they accepted everything and offered to send back one of the items since i was unsure about the qoute price but I did end up accepting it. They have paid out and they worked quickly to answer all my questions in the online chat. I ould be happy to use again.

It was easy to get rid of a ton of old phones and other devices, and worth the tiny bit of extra leg work required compared to dropping my old stuff off at an automated trade-in kiosk or big box tech store.
