I'm Flat Out Impressed Honestly, their process was the easiest to go through ever. I had to return my son's phone but was having trouble with T-mobile since the phone was technically originally a Sprint phone. What an AMAZING establishment! I never heard of this place before until I found it while looking for a buy back program or location for my old Dell computer that was still in good working condition. Very easy to use and very convenient… Very easy to use and very convenient payment! They offer a few different methods of payment, I opted for PayPal as that would be fastest. I actually put in the wrong model of laptop online and they contacted me on receipt to tell me they could pay me twice as much! They didn't have to do that and other services might have simply paid me the lower amount.
