I actually put in the wrong model of laptop online and they contacted me on receipt to tell me they could pay me twice as much! They didn't have to do that and other services might have simply paid me the lower amount.

I have actually sent stuff into them before but just incase was still reserved to try again but broke down and did it after almost a year and they accepted everything and offered to send back one of the items since i was unsure about the qoute price but I did end up accepting it. They have paid out and they worked quickly to answer all my questions in the online chat. I ould be happy to use again.
