I've used Gizmogo for a few years now… I've used Gizmogo for a few years now and I've been very happy with their overall process and they are very fair with the prices they offer. If you have not used Gizmogo, i would highly recommend them.

Returning customer Gizmogo is a great company. Their website is easy to use and the whole process is user friendly. The offers I received were better than ones from other companies. They sent me a box with a pre-paid label to send my items back to them. After receiving my items, they were reviewed and the payment was issued. Gizmogo is a straight forward, safe and honest company, which helps reduce e-waste by repurposing or recycling traded in electronics.

Quick and painless, clear conscience! The process of entering, shipping, receiving updates, and payout was really smooth. It was easy to get rid of a ton of old phones and other devices, and worth the tiny bit of extra leg work required compared to dropping my old stuff off at an automated trade-in kiosk or big box tech store. I felt really good about being able to recycle the items responsibly, as well.

The customer service is rude The customer service is rude. You tell them to send your devices back and well they don’t and still hold onto them for longer after telling you that they would be mailed on Monday so you would receive them two days after that, but they never went out Monday and then one representative who was completely rude. She had five minutes left, but the company was supposed to be open for another 37 minutes, stay away from this company at all possible they try to get your devices give you a quote and then lie to you and say oh well they can only give you this much stay away from. I’m telling you this is the worst company out there and I’ve seen some pretty bad ones , I would stay clear of them. Do not give them your business because they hold onto your devices. I don’t know. I guess the quote changes and bargaining bargain with them where these devices were not cracked not nothing and they said we can only use them for parts you just want to thank you I’m gonna use them for parts only When they’re working devices 100% working devices no scratches no nothing wrong with them in the original container. Might I add they just try to get people because they’re selling your stuff. You must be really hard up so they try to take advantage of that from the door , stay away from this company they

My experience with Gizmogo was awesome My experience with Gizmogo was awesome! The offer I received for my phone was better than the other companies I was looking at. Once they had received my phone, they reviewed it right away and I got my final offer instantly. The money was deposited very soon after. Will definitely do business with them again!
