I had an initial issue with an adjustment that was made, and with a quick phone discussion, the cause for confusion was discovered and owned by Gizmogo, and they even paid out more than I had asked. They sent me a box with a pre-paid label to send my items back to them. After receiving my items, they were reviewed and the payment was issued. I'm Flat Out Impressed Honestly, their process was the easiest to go through ever. I had to return my son's phone but was having trouble with T-mobile since the phone was technically originally a Sprint phone. I found Gizmogo online, followed the easy steps, sent the phone back, then got the money credited to my Pay Pal. All was done super quickly. I couldn't be more impressed. Everything they said they are! I have actually sent stuff into them before but just incase was still reserved to try again but broke down and did it after almost a year and they accepted everything and offered to send back one of the items since i was unsure about the qoute price but I did end up accepting it. They have paid out and they worked quickly to answer all my questions in the online chat. I ould be happy to use again.

What an AMAZING establishment! I never heard of this place before until I found it while looking for a buy back program or location for my old Dell computer that was still in good working condition. They quoted me a price and even shipped it for free to themselves! Such a great concept and place for doing business!
