Daniel was most helpful in getting MS… Daniel was most helpful in getting MS Office 2016 installed on this MacBook Pro. He was MOST HELPFUL. Thank you Daniel !

These guys are AWESOME! These guys are AWESOME! I have an old desktop that runs Windows 7 and Office 2013. It's an old tank, but it's fast, clean and reliable, so I keep driving it. I was doing some drive cleanup and accidentally deleted Excel. Microsoft was ZERO help, particularly given it's Office 2013. I'm like a leper to them for not spending more money with MS. Anyway, after getting screwed over by a couple of sites, found these guys and they are stellar. Via chat, Daniel Parker guided me through install, which included an ancillary software download since I don't have a CD burner on said tank. He was quick to reply and precisely correct with every piece of advice. In short, you can trust these guys!!!

Daniel Parker was VERY patient! Daniel Parker was VERY patient with me and got it done through Teamviewer! (Installing my Avast product) Thank you, Daniel!

I purchase a digital copy of Excel… I purchase a digital copy of Excel 2019, and when I installed, I received an error message that my system was incompatible. I wrote to their customer service the issue. Daniel emailed me back with a different version of Excel. It worked perfectly. Great customer service. I would purchase from them again.

I bought the Kaspersky Antivirus… I bought the Kaspersky Antivirus package two weeks ago but still unable to use it. It's the worst experience I had in my whole life. I asked them to refund me but they refused to do so. I paid 48$ but didn't get anything. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
