GBI was a little concerned about… I was a little concerned about purchasing a key outside of M$. A couple of months after purchasing my keys, I had some authentication issues. The customer support and tech support people were very friendly and helpful. I really screwed up my system. They were patient and either directly fixed or painstakingly walked me through everything necessary to bring my systems back on-line. THIS is how I teach my COMPTia students to do Tier 1, 2 tech support. Thank you.

FII had problems (caused by me) with Office license I had problems (caused by me) with office softwares, I just started to chat with experts after I tried to install office again. The system asked a license key and I got error message that the key I tried to use was old one. The expert at Digitalproductkey solved the problem with license key nad hten I could go on with Office softwares. Also I got good advice to avoiding syncronizing my office works with any cloud services. Thank you, you saved my day.

GBI purchase a digital copy of Excel… I purchase a digital copy of Excel 2019, and when I installed, I received an error message that my system was incompatible. I wrote to their customer service the issue. Daniel emailed me back with a different version of Excel. It worked perfectly. Great customer service. I would purchase from them again.

GBRemote help was fantastic! I purchased Microsoft Word, but was having difficulty installing it. Via the Chat help, they took care of it remotely. As I watched, I realized there was no way I could have overcome the obstacles. The remote technician was remarkable. Thank you so much!
