GBBest Product Pricing with Superb Customer Service I've used Paperport for many years, and recently found that the product is now being marketed under the name Kofax. I found the best pricing on DigitalProductKey but did run into an issue during install. Daniel, in support, was able to quickly (as in 30 minutes) able to cure my install issue, providing me the absolute quickest turnaround time when dealing with a software support issue. GBI was a little concerned about… I was a little concerned about purchasing a key outside of M$. A couple of months after purchasing my keys, I had some authentication issues. The customer support and tech support people were very friendly and helpful. I really screwed up my system. They were patient and either directly fixed or painstakingly walked me through everything necessary to bring my systems back on-line. THIS is how I teach my COMPTia students to do Tier 1, 2 tech support. Thank you.

GBI bought the Kaspersky Antivirus… I bought the Kaspersky Antivirus package two weeks ago but still unable to use it. It's the worst experience I had in my whole life. I asked them to refund me but they refused to do so. I paid 48$ but didn't get anything. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

GBI have an older MA and needed help finding earlier MS software to run. I have an older MAC laptop and needed to upgrade my Office to an older version which was difficult to find at other vendors.
