Customer service was able to easily remedy this and I now have a great product for a great price. The only reason I am dropping a star is the instructions could have included that information from the start. But all in all a good purchase. I will buy again!

I was a little concerned about… I was a little concerned about purchasing a key outside of M$. A couple of months after purchasing my keys, I had some authentication issues. The customer support and tech support people were very friendly and helpful. I really screwed up my system. They were patient and either directly fixed or painstakingly walked me through everything necessary to bring my systems back on-line.
