This past year we have needed to… This past year we have needed to migrate Issuetrak from an OLD server running an older Server version, migrate to a new SQL server, and have had strange issues with email notifications not being sent. Issuetrak was not responsible or at fault for any of these issues, but they were responsible for helping us migrate over and get up and running in a very timely manner. Support (Tom!) was always willing to work around my schedule to get my issues resolved.

I have been using Issuetrak for a year… I have been using Issuetrak for a year and half now and have found it extremely helpful in tracking all the various issues related to school bus transportation. Since I am the only one in transportation department, having Issuetrak has saved me many hours in reporting and tracking of bus issues. Proving to be one of the easiest and flexible tools that you will have in your organization. While some of the well thought out features we may not use right away, we have much room for additions and growth. Issuetrak is the perfect tool to assist in this growth, allowing our organization to utilize some of the areas in the future.
