IssueTrak has provided me with excellent service throughout the past several years we've been contracting with them. They have responded to my issues in a timely manner with more than satisfactory results. I would not hesitate to do business with this company.

Also, there is too much of a :big bucket approach" meaning that segments of users must do what all users need and this limits things like leveraging local languages, etc. Overall, a good product.
