GBNew releases are almost always a pain… New releases are almost always a pain to upgrade to. We've also waited for over a year for an issue to be addressed in a forthcoming "maintenance release". They broke things so bad when they went from version 9 to 10, that our AD import module was completely broken. The VP of the company finally waived our support fees for the year because of the inconvenience.

GBWe had issuetrak for years sitting on… We had issuetrak for years sitting on our SQL server. After some staffing adjustments I started to ask questions. I quickly dialed issuetrak where I learned of the upgrades and the many functions we had available we were not using. I can tell you that they walked me through each step. Always returned my calls and our upgrade went seamless. I highly recommend them for you tracking needs.

GBFantastic support Fantastic support. Small footprint. Easy to use, but can be modified extensively.

GBI have been using Issuetrak for a year… I have been using Issuetrak for a year and half now and have found it extremely helpful in tracking all the various issues related to school bus transportation. Since I am the only one in transportation department, having Issuetrak has saved me many hours in reporting and tracking of bus issues. Also, when I have had a question, their customer service has been quick to respond. I would highly recommend Issuetrak.

GBMy original question was answered My original question was answered. Patrick was able to understand what I was asking. I even added another issue which is being looked into right now. That being said, I disagree with the answer provided. The only solution was to add more entries since that was the way IssueTrak has the system set up, which is not ideal. I would give that solution a 1-2 star rating if asked specifically on the functionality of my original question. Patrick gets the 5 stars.
