GBI am happy with issuetrak as it has… I am happy with issuetrak as it has become very useful in our company processes. We originally got issuetrak as a client portal and have used it for much more. It satisfies our certification process for client trouble tickets as well as vendor tracking. Vendor tracking is about 80% of what we use issuetrak for now. We document quotes requested, purchase orders created, work completed and work invoiced. I do not currently know of another helpdesk that would service our needs at this time.

GBIssueTrak is easy to use IssueTrak is easy to use, but even when we have questions, their support team and sales staff are always willing to lend a helping hand. Their entire team is very knowledgeable about their product and very easy to work with. I highly recommend IssueTrak not only for the excellent product, but for the quality of customer service.

GBGreat, but some room for improvement Overall, I like the application... There are just some things that could be changed that would make using the application better. For instance, I would like the ability to use "Subtypes" in some areas and suppress them in other areas (currently enabled at the system-level, so to display Subtypes for one of our clients, I need to have blank Subtype dropdown menus shown to all other clients that do not use them. There also some small bugs that can be overcome or worked around. The responsiveness of Issuetrak support has been excellent.

GBThe system is simple to use and support … The system is simple to use and support has been exemplary. The only negative is that there are occasional performance issues. Also, there is too much of a :big bucket approach" meaning that segments of users must do what all users need and this limits things like leveraging local languages, etc. Overall, a good product.

GBGreat customer service all around from… Great customer service all around from sales through customer support. IssueTrak has provided me with excellent service throughout the past several years we've been contracting with them. They have responded to my issues in a timely manner with more than satisfactory results. I would not hesitate to do business with this company.
