GBIssuetrak is Amazing! Issuetrak is simple, clean and concise. The onboarding process for Issuetrak is easy to pick up and there are lots of different settings to play with to customise the system to suit your needs. There are many functions to help run the ticket system and these can be left in the background to carry out certain processes. Overall, the system is fantastic. Very simple and clean with plenty of customisation.

GBI have been using Issuetrak for a year… I have been using Issuetrak for a year and half now and have found it extremely helpful in tracking all the various issues related to school bus transportation. Since I am the only one in transportation department, having Issuetrak has saved me many hours in reporting and tracking of bus issues.
