GBThe system is simple to use and support … The system is simple to use and support has been exemplary. The only negative is that there are occasional performance issues. Also, there is too much of a :big bucket approach" meaning that segments of users must do what all users need and this limits things like leveraging local languages, etc. Overall, a good product.

GBI have been using Issuetrak for a year… I have been using Issuetrak for a year and half now and have found it extremely helpful in tracking all the various issues related to school bus transportation. Since I am the only one in transportation department, having Issuetrak has saved me many hours in reporting and tracking of bus issues. Also, when I have had a question, their customer service has been quick to respond. I would highly recommend Issuetrak.

GBThis past year we have needed to… This past year we have needed to migrate Issuetrak from an OLD server running an older Server version, migrate to a new SQL server, and have had strange issues with email notifications not being sent. Issuetrak was not responsible or at fault for any of these issues, but they were responsible for helping us migrate over and get up and running in a very timely manner. Support (Tom!) was always willing to work around my schedule to get my issues resolved.
