Would buy again! The software is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Support is outstanding. I've opened several tickets over the last 7-8 years of use and I almost always get a phone call withing 15-20 minutes with an answer. We once found a bug and it was fixed in our system within half a day. You couldn't ask for a better product or better support.

Great, but some room for improvement Overall, I like the application... There are just some things that could be changed that would make using the application better. For instance, I would like the ability to use "Subtypes" in some areas and suppress them in other areas (currently enabled at the system-level, so to display Subtypes for one of our clients, I need to have blank Subtype dropdown menus shown to all other clients that do not use them. There also some small bugs that can be overcome or worked around. The responsiveness of Issuetrak support has been excellent.

Their entire team is very knowledgeable about their product and very easy to work with. I highly recommend IssueTrak not only for the excellent product, but for the quality of customer service.

IssueTrak has been great for us! IssueTrak has been great for us. Easy implementation, and we were able to shift things around a bit to meet our business need, which is different than just your typical help desk/ticketing system. Support has always been timely. No complaints from me an as admin and the users love it.

New releases are almost always a pain… New releases are almost always a pain to upgrade to. We've also waited for over a year for an issue to be addressed in a forthcoming "maintenance release". They broke things so bad when they went from version 9 to 10, that our AD import module was completely broken. The VP of the company finally waived our support fees for the year because of the inconvenience.
