This past year we have needed to… This past year we have needed to migrate Issuetrak from an OLD server running an older Server version, migrate to a new SQL server, and have had strange issues with email notifications not being sent. Issuetrak was not responsible or at fault for any of these issues, but they were responsible for helping us migrate over and get up and running in a very timely manner. Support (Tom!) was always willing to work around my schedule to get my issues resolved.

Issuetrak is Amazing! Issuetrak is simple, clean and concise. The onboarding process for Issuetrak is easy to pick up and there are lots of different settings to play with to customise the system to suit your needs. There are many functions to help run the ticket system and these can be left in the background to carry out certain processes. Overall, the system is fantastic. Very simple and clean with plenty of customisation.

The system is simple to use and support … The system is simple to use and support has been exemplary. The only negative is that there are occasional performance issues. Also, there is too much of a :big bucket approach" meaning that segments of users must do what all users need and this limits things like leveraging local languages, etc. Overall, a good product.

Their entire team is very knowledgeable about their product and very easy to work with. I highly recommend IssueTrak not only for the excellent product, but for the quality of customer service.
