Second, manipulation of invoice format is cryptic. Unless you know what you’re doing you’ll spend a lot of time hunting. The program is not as powerful as TimeSlips, which I used in the past until it become too pricey. Lastly I don’t think TimeSolv should double the charge for a second timekeeper in a small office; one fee should cover up to 5 users.

Overall Good Time Keeping System Overall, this is a good product with easy time tracking abilities. There is room for development on some features, especially for one off billing and setup situations. Access to support is easy, and generally they can answer issues quickly. I would like to see more reports developed and a better onboarding system for people brand new to the system. This has a user friendly and updated feel. Basics of the system are very easy to learn. I like ability to add suggestions of enhancements to the system.

Superior product, great service. Highly recommend! TimeSolv is quite an intuitive, easy-to-use product. If for whatever reason I cannot figure out how to do something (it's happened only twice), the support staff is always available to help. Case in point: I needed to adjust some settings first implemented about 3 years ago. Within a few seconds of putting in a request for a general meeting, one was scheduled for within the hour. Gigi (excellent team member!) helped walk me through the steps to solve the problem. Timekeeping is the lifeline of any lawyer's business. This product helps me capture all of the value of the work, with processes that seem effortless. I highly recommend it!

TimeSolv is Billables Magic! TimeSolv is the solution I didn't realize I needed. As a self-employed, work from home paralegal, I was using (shh!) Excel and stand alone time/billing program that fit my meager budget 2008 startup budget. It was a clunky process, but it was familiar. Then one of my attorney-clients introduced me to TimeSolv. I won't lie, I was resistant - other programs I'd tested had impossible learning curves (and didn't have 'I work from my unfinished basement office' pricing). I picked up TimeSolv quickly and the support had been amazing. TimeSolv is intuitive and easy to use. I'm not sure what impresses me more, the ability to set up abbreviations (macros) for commonly used time entries of up to 2000 characters, how easy it is to print and send invoices, or the blessed joy of entering a payment and instantly applying it across multiple invoices! The price is right and entering time isn't a chore anymore.

Overall Timesolv is a good product with… Overall Timesolv is a good product with great potential for time tracking, invoicing and general business practice management. Recently they deployed a new dashboard and analytics module which has been helpful, but still needs some work. Overall if you're looking for extreme customization, this tool may not be for you, but if you're looking for a product to get things organized and user friendly, go for it!
