I had some trouble following the key… I had some trouble following the key words-like when the invoice link wanted me to hit SEND when I had finished with the draft. This meant to me that the invoice was being sent-not finalized. The information on different areas included in your web site, were in much too small letters. I could not read them and when you took the cursor through the explanation, it moved much too fast. The explanations were to me totally non-workable. Fortunately, your support staff was available and knowledgeable.

User-Friendly Timekeeper! Timesolv has been a breath of fresh air for my timekeeping and billing needs! The program was simple to learn and implement, the layout makes the logging or transfer of data incredibly simple and the program is perfect for tracking projects, checking on billing and timekeeping needs. Timesolv is an excellent resource!

TimeSolv has room for improvements TimeSolv has room for improvements. The program forces you to download many of its reports rather than allowing us to preview them online first. Second, manipulation of invoice format is cryptic. Unless you know what you’re doing you’ll spend a lot of time hunting. The program is not as powerful as TimeSlips, which I used in the past until it become too pricey. Lastly I don’t think TimeSolv should double the charge for a second timekeeper in a small office; one fee should cover up to 5 users.
