GBIntuitive and Easy to Use I have found TimeSolv to be very intuitive and easy to use. Since the learning curve is so small, both my law partner and I have been able to quickly move our practice into the TimeSolv system. We are using to TimeSolv to track time and expenses, and invoice clients. We are also using QuickBooks, which easily integrates with TImeSolv. We have also been using the TimeSolv mobile app to quickly capture time when we are on the go. Overall, we have been happy with TimeSolv and plan on using it for the foreseeable future.

GBStraightforward and easy to use Straightforward and easy to use. Many useful tools and options for viewing and tracking. I just wish the reporting options were more robust with the ability to customize reports based on any data field. Currently i have to print to .csv file then sort the data as needed. I'd love to have a .pdf populate based on exactly the data i need.

GBTimeSolv Brought Us Out of the Dark Ages & Increased Revenue This system is so much more efficient than the massive Excel file we had everyone entering their time on. The system was fairly easy to learn for employees of all IT levels. Some of the settings assigned to clients and projects can feel a little counterintuitive to begin with, but their support staff was great during our transition. Our company has definitely increased our number of billable hours, now that we have a certain way to track the work being done for each client and project.

GBExcellent Time Tracking & Billing Platform This is a comprehensive, easy to use, law firm billing software that does everything that it should do, very very well. If you need a time tracking platform that easily manages invoices, billing, payments, and trust accounts, I highly recommend TimeSolv.

GBTimeSolv has room for improvements TimeSolv has room for improvements. The program forces you to download many of its reports rather than allowing us to preview them online first. Second, manipulation of invoice format is cryptic. Unless you know what you’re doing you’ll spend a lot of time hunting. The program is not as powerful as TimeSlips, which I used in the past until it become too pricey. Lastly I don’t think TimeSolv should double the charge for a second timekeeper in a small office; one fee should cover up to 5 users.
