GBI used TimeSolv for my previous legal… I used TimeSolv for my previous legal position. It is very easy to use and time-efficient. It is great software for smaller firms and companies to bill clients in an accurate way. Supposedly our clients can see real-time tasks and how much time we spent on these tasks. It saves a whole lot of time on administration communication and reduces mistakes on over-billing.

GBTimeSolv Fan Our law office is fairly new to TimeSolv, but so far I am very impressed. Their staff is extremely responsive, getting back to us quickly to answer questions and assist us in the onboarding process. The program syncs with my existing Quick Books desktop program which is fantastic.

GBHighly recommend over competitors software. TimeSolv has been one of the best assets to our billing system. We have used other providers in the past and TimeSolv is more streamlined and easy to keep track of what's going in vs what's going out. There's a multitude of different reports you can prepare for a variety of things, and invoices are easy to find either directly by client or a specified time frame. You can create specific matters for each client and designate an hourly rate or a flat rate charge. Other billing softwares you need to constantly enter in the billing rate for each line item, which after time, can be somewhat frustrating. Would absolutely recommend TimeSolve to any company looking to make the switch to a software that makes their job easier.

GBExcellent Time Tracking & Billing Platform This is a comprehensive, easy to use, law firm billing software that does everything that it should do, very very well. If you need a time tracking platform that easily manages invoices, billing, payments, and trust accounts, I highly recommend TimeSolv.

GBTimeSolv has room for improvements TimeSolv has room for improvements. The program forces you to download many of its reports rather than allowing us to preview them online first. Second, manipulation of invoice format is cryptic. Unless you know what you’re doing you’ll spend a lot of time hunting. The program is not as powerful as TimeSlips, which I used in the past until it become too pricey. Lastly I don’t think TimeSolv should double the charge for a second timekeeper in a small office; one fee should cover up to 5 users.
