It is great software for smaller firms and companies to bill clients in an accurate way. Supposedly our clients can see real-time tasks and how much time we spent on these tasks. It saves a whole lot of time on administration communication and reduces mistakes on over-billing.

Recently they deployed a new dashboard and analytics module which has been helpful, but still needs some work. Overall if you're looking for extreme customization, this tool may not be for you, but if you're looking for a product to get things organized and user friendly, go for it!

Highly recommend over competitors software. TimeSolv has been one of the best assets to our billing system. We have used other providers in the past and TimeSolv is more streamlined and easy to keep track of what's going in vs what's going out. There's a multitude of different reports you can prepare for a variety of things, and invoices are easy to find either directly by client or a specified time frame. You can create specific matters for each client and designate an hourly rate or a flat rate charge. Other billing softwares you need to constantly enter in the billing rate for each line item, which after time, can be somewhat frustrating. Would absolutely recommend TimeSolve to any company looking to make the switch to a software that makes their job easier.

The system was fairly easy to learn for employees of all IT levels. Some of the settings assigned to clients and projects can feel a little counterintuitive to begin with, but their support staff was great during our transition. Our company has definitely increased our number of billable hours, now that we have a certain way to track the work being done for each client and project.
