If for whatever reason I cannot figure out how to do something (it's happened only twice), the support staff is always available to help. Case in point: I needed to adjust some settings first implemented about 3 years ago. Within a few seconds of putting in a request for a general meeting, one was scheduled for within the hour. Gigi (excellent team member!) helped walk me through the steps to solve the problem. Timekeeping is the lifeline of any lawyer's business.
