Each person is assigned to their own profile and can enter their hours anywhere and anytime. It is also very easy to generate invoices and sending invoices. Our firm have used this program for about ten years and loved it.

Recently they deployed a new dashboard and analytics module which has been helpful, but still needs some work. Overall if you're looking for extreme customization, this tool may not be for you, but if you're looking for a product to get things organized and user friendly, go for it!
