USContacted their support with a simple question... 25 minutes later, I found the answer myself I contacted their support with a simple question, what is the email address for the privacy department, or legal if there is not a specific address for privacy? What ensued was a 25-minute back-and-forth about how they effectively could not give me that information, including a couple "I'm still working on this; allow me two more minutes, please." I thought about believing what they said - as strange as it seemed - because companies are weird about which ways you can contact them these days. Try *calling* YouTube, for instance. So I start searching their site and any mention of the word privacy and an @ sign. If anyone happens to be wondering, it's on their privacy policy page, plainly available to the public. To be fair maybe I should have checked there first, but to be fair to me, maybe the CS rep could have told me to 24 minutes earlier too, so.. Turns out either the CS rep was just intentionally difficult or they have such a backward-thinking policy on providing the information that is asked for, that the CS rep was forced to be difficult.

PHCustomer service sucks Customer service sucks! We’ve been a customer for 15 yrs and just today the experience is apalling! They couldn’t understand simple instructions! And kept repeating! They even cough at you while on a call! Disgusting!

USHappy customer I have used Vonage for almost 2 years now, so far so good. I really like that they assign the personal consultant to the customers. My consultant is Gilbert Hebbert, he is very knowledgeable and helpful, for whatever problem I have, I can always contact him. It is personal connection to me for this feature, because they already know who you are.
