He was extremely efficient and to the point unlike everyone else I spoke with when calling around to shop voip services. I'm a small business owner trying to save on services that are getting out of hand. Had optimum / cablevision which raised it's cost over 3x 😓 Seems like this was the way to go cause Joe explained they can even handle fax which is one of our main reasons for switching since that's why we really need the line
